I can describe my experience with Painter 1 Inland Northwest, Manager Evelyn Gallas, and her painting crew as nothing short of extraordinary. From my very first meeting with Evelyn through the completion of the project, I was continually impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to doing things right. Every step—from the contract and paint selection to the preparation and finished product—was handled with care and professionalism. Communication was excellent; I always knew what to expect, and I was pleased at every turn. What especially stood out to me was Evelyn’s leadership. Each day, I observed the mutual respect between Evelyn and her crew, and it was evident in both the quality of their work and the way they worked together. On the rare occasion that a minor mishap occurred, it was addressed immediately and resolved in a way that actually surpassed my expectations. That says a great deal about a company. Evelyn’s leadership, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. The crew took pride in their work, and it shows. Most importantly, I absolutely love the results. My home looks beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Evelyn Gallas and Painter 1 Inland Northwest without hesitation - and have already done so to neighbors and friends.  You asked me to rate the price I paid. Professional from start to finish! Communication before, during, and after the project was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The painters were hardworking and detail oriented. They transformed my home, and it looks beautiful, fresh, and updated. Our first experience with Painter1 Inland Northwest was excellent. It entailed external painting of our covered porch area. The entire crew’s quality of work and the business process was outstanding. Evelyn Gallas (Project Manager and Estimator) was professional, very knowledgeable, and great to work with. The painting crew were punctual and perfectionists in their work. The work site was spotless when they left. The Painter1 contract was one of the most thorough that I have ever encountered for painting and for most any other skilled labor jobs, eliminating nearly any question about what was or was not going to be done and how it would be done. We have already coordinated with Evelyn to have the Painter1 crew back next spring to paint the rest of the house, delayed due to a late summer major landscaping project. Painter 1 did an excellent job of painting the outside of our 1909 rental in May 2025. Communication was excellent when I as the owner had questions or if the weather caused a delay in painting. The price was reasonable, prep work was done well before the final painting.  I will use Painter 1 again.
